『 TERMS OF SERVICE 』

Deadlines and Delivery

· In my Trello you can find my commision queue, there you can see where you are on the waiting list.
· Time will depend on how many people are in front of you.
· Once I start your commission it will be delivered in min. 1 week or max. 2 months (you must remember I also have a life outside of commissions so please be patient)

Revisions & Changes

· At the Sketch phase you can ask me for mayor an minor changes, but you´ll have a limit of 5 mayor and 5 minor changes (total of 10 changes ONLY on the sketch).
· You´ll also have 3 changes in the Color phase.
· I will not accept changes in the Lineart phase.
· Any additional changes will have an extra cost depending on the complexity.
· Be sure to provide clear references, poses, expressions and details. Be as specific as possible to avoid inconveniences.

Communication

· Once started I consistently send various Wips of your drawing, so you can be part of the process.
· You can ask for the status of your commission whenever you want.
· If there is any delay, I´ll always notify you.
· Please keep in mind that if I don't respond right away I may be a little busy out there, so please bear with me, be patient.

Payment

· Payment will be of 100% upfront, once ordered and confirmed.
· If you require a payment plan, talk it to me, but thats not guarantee I accept.
· Before any payments you MUST agree with my Terms of Service.

Refunds

· If you decide to cancel the commission for any reason you deem appropriate, keep in mind that if we are already in the sketching phase you will receive a 40% refund, if we have not yet started the sketch I´ll refund 50% of the total payment.
· If it was me who cancelled the commission for whatever reason before starting the job, you will receive a 100% refund of the payment. If the drawing is already in the sketch phase and I still cancel the work, you will be refunded 100% and you will receive the sketch worked on (up to the point where it has been reached)
· Refunds can only be accepted while we are still in the sketch phase, once we move on to the next phases no refunds will be made so keep this in mind.
· Once you have requested a commission from me, you will have one week to request a refund. Please only contact me or request a commission from me if you are completely sure.

Use and Intellectual Property Rights

· I reserve the right to show the finished work on my social networks and add it to my portfolio
· Optionally you can pay for the confidentiality of the drawing, in this case an additional charge of 50% of the original commission fee will be required.
· If you plan to handle your drawing for commercial purposes you will need to pay double the original commission price, however, as an artist I reserve the rights to the work created.
· Please refrain from erasing, crossing out or otherwise obscuring my watermark on the drawing as it is essential to the proper crediting of the work in question, and I would really appreciate respect for that.

『 TÉRMINOS DE SERVICIO 』

Plazos y Entrega

· En mi Trello podrás encontrar mi lista de encargos, allí podrás ver en que lugar de la lista de espera te encuentras.
· El tiempo dependerá de cuantas personas estén delante de ti.
· Una vez que comience su comisión será entregado en min. 1 semana o max. 2 meses (debes recordar que también tengo una vida fuera de las comisiones así que por favor se paciente)

Revisiones y Cambios

· En la fase de boceto puedes pedirme cambios mayores y menores, pero tendrás un límite de 5 cambios mayores y 5 menores (total de 10 cambios SOLO en el boceto).
· Después del límite de cambios cualquier cambio adicional tendrá un coste extra dependiendo de la complejidad.
· Asegúrate de proporcionar referencias claras, poses, expresiones y detalles. Sea lo más específico posible para evitar inconvenientes.

Comunicación

· Una vez comenzado el encargo te enviaré constantemente varios Wips de tu dibujo, para que puedas formar parte del proceso.
· Puedes preguntar por el estado de tu encargo siempre que quieras.
· Si hay algún retraso, siempre te avisaré.
· Por favor, ten en cuenta que si no respondo enseguida puede que esté un poco ocupada por ahí, así que por favor, ten paciencia.

Pagos

· El pago será del 100% por adelantado, una vez pedido y confirmado.
· Si requieres un plan de pago, hablalo conmigo, pero no garantizo aceptar.
· Antes de cualquier pago DEBES estar de acuerdo con mis Términos de Servicio.

Reembolsos

· Si decides cancelar el encargo por cualquier motivo que consideres oportuno, ten en cuenta que si ya estamos en la fase de boceto recibirás un reembolso del 40%, si aún no hemos empezado el boceto te reembolsaré el 50% del pago total.
· Si fuera yo quien cancelara el encargo por cualquier motivo antes de empezar el trabajo, recibirás un reembolso del 100% del pago. Si el dibujo ya esta en la fase de boceto y aún así cancelo el trabajo, se te devolvería el 100% y se te haría entrega del boceto trabajado ( hasta el punto deonde se haya llegado ).
· Los reembolsos sólo se pueden aceptar mientras estemos en la fase de boceto, una vez pasemos a las siguientes fases no se harán reembolsos así que tenlo en cuenta.
· Una vez me hayas solicitado un encargo, tendrás una semana para solicitar un reembolso. Por favor, sólo contacta conmigo o solicítame un encargo solo si estás completamente seguro.

Derechos de Uso y Propiedad Intelectual

· Me reservo el derecho de mostrar el trabajo terminado en mis redes sociales y añadirlo a mi portfolio.
· Opcionalmente puedes pagar por la confidencialidad del dibujo, en este caso se requerirá un cargo adicional del 50% del precio original de la comisión.Si planeas manejar tu dibujo con fines comerciales deberás pagar el doble del precio original del encargo, sin embargo, como artista me reservo los derechos de la obra creada.
· Por favor, abstente de borrar, tachar u ocultar de cualquier otra manera mi marca de agua en el dibujo, ya que es esencial para la correcta acreditación de la obra en cuestión, y realmente agradecería respeto por ello.
